Shipping

We aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 business hours of the order being placed. If you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped on Monday. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

If for any reason you do not receive an email from us within 3 business days about your shipment, please get into contact with us so we can resolve.

Returns Policy

If for any reason your new threads don’t work out, you can return your item/s within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange

The item/s must be unworn, unused, with original tags and labels still attached. Returned items that are not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. No Edit staff reserve the right to reject any return if we conclude it is not in new condition

We do not offer returns on Sale Items unless the product is faulty

Please ensure that the items you are returning are within the above time frame as we reserve the right to reject a return received outside of this. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty

We do not accept responsibility for return items that are lost or damaged during transit

Faulty Items

If an item is deemed faulty by the customer, You must report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Proof of the item being faulty need to be provided
